To be eligible, please contact us at info@spoutwell.store within 90 days of delivery. Even if the packaging is opened, your order is fully eligible for our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.

1-Year Warranty
In addition to our 90-day return policy, every order is backed by a 1-year (365-day) warranty covering any defects in materials or manufacturing. If your item malfunctions within one year of purchase, please reach out to us for a free replacement.

How to Request a Refund or Warranty Claim
Email us at info@spoutwell.store with your order number and details regarding your request. Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the transaction.

After 90 Days
Refund requests made more than 90 days after delivery fall outside our standard return window. However, items are still covered under our 1-Year Warranty for functional defects. If you have concerns, contact us at info@spoutwell.store — we review each case carefully.
